John Kenner

Board Member

Mr. Kenner brings 33 years of experience in international service and manufacturing companies. Most recently, Mr. Kenner founded Summit ESP, a company specializing in electrical submersible pumps, in 2011 and sold it to Halliburton in 2017. Prior to founding Summit, Mr. Kenner was the President of the $1.6bn+ Schindler Elevator Corporation, the North America operating company of the $8bn+ global Schindler Group. Before joining Schindler, Mr. Kenner worked almost 20 years for Baker Hughes in operations, marketing and engineering in the United States and Asia for their artificial lift (Centrilift) and drilling products (Hughes Christensen) divisions. His most recent positions at Baker Hughes’ Centrilift division include President, Vice President of North America, and Vice President of Marketing and Engineering. Mr. Kenner worked over a decade at Hughes Christensen and roles included Marketing Director, Global Product Manager, South Asia Manager, Technical Services Manager and Engineer. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Mr. Kenner worked for LTV Aerospace in systems reliability and design. Mr. Kenner holds a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, and a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Bill Wallace

President

Mr. Wallace has over 55 years of business experience. He started his career in the oil and gas industry with Pan American Petroleum, a subsidiary of Standard Oil of Indiana in 1964. He was the Co-Founding partner of the CPA firm of Patterson & Wallace, specializing in all phases of the oil & gas industry as well as general businesses. He has since been an owner/CFO of several private companies. He currently serves as President of Atlas Pressure Control since its founding in 2019. Bill Wallace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University with a major in Accounting and obtained his Certified public Accountant license in 1970.

Rick Hayley

Senior Vice President

Mr. Hayley has 43 years of experience in pressure control and pressure pumping industries. Most recently, Mr. Hayley spent 24 years with Cameron in ever increasing roles with responsibility for sales and operations management. Mr. Hayley directed Cameron’s expansions into the Canadian, Rocky Mountain and unconventional markets. Additionally, he managed five M&A integrations during the market expansion plan. Prior to Cameron, Mr. Hayley spent 19 years with the Western Company of North America (later BJ Services) in sales and operations management, culminating with serving as Vice President of Sales for the Southern United States. Mr. Hayley graduated from Texas Tech University in 1977 with a BBA in Management.

Tim Kulhanek

Vice President Eastern US

Mr. Kulhanek has 32 years of Technical, Operational and Sales experience in the Wellhead and Pressure Control Equipment Industry. Prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Kulhanek spent 23 years with Cameron and most recently was the South Texas Region Sales Manager, responsible for all Eagle Ford Shale and South Texas customers. Earlier at Cameron, Mr. Kulhanek, was the Regional Aftermarket Manager for the West Texas, New Mexico and Mid-Con districts managing Sales and Operations. Mr. Kulhanek worked 10 years international in West Africa, South America, Singapore, and UK all with Pressure Control Equipment. Mr. Kulhanek started his career with National Oilwell as an offshore Service Technician.

Joseph Opitz

Vice President Rockies

Mr. Opitz has over 21 years of experience in the oil and gas service sector with 17 years in management and leadership positions with most of those years with Cameron. Mr. Opitz held multiple key management positions with Cameron, including Rocky Mountain Regional Manager where he oversaw operations during the rapid growth in the Bakken and DJ Basins working with sales, operations, and engineering to develop the business in the region. During this time, he was responsible for service execution, developing aftermarket business strategy and overseeing construction of multiple facilities over a 10-year timeframe. His most recent position, prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, was Eastern US Product Delivery Manager responsible for the Marcellus, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, and Mid-Con business segments.

Gerrit Bennis

Vice President Permian

Mr. Bennis has 10 years of leadership and management experience, 9 of these years come with oilfield experience from Cameron’s Surface wellhead division. Among previously held positions, Mr. Bennis was Regional Sales Manager for the Permian business unit at Cameron. In that position, he led a regional sales team engaged in sales, operation support, demand plan management, product development and new product deployment. He has also served in various positions including corporate account management for North America, Permian Basin account management and field service management; all directly supporting wellhead and pressure control products and service. Mr. Bennis is married with two children and is also an active member and Vice President of the AADE (American Association of Drilling Engineers). Mr. Bennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Texas State University.

Craig Cotton

Director - Technical Products

Mr. Cotton has 35 years of Technical, Operational and Sales experience in the Wellhead and Pressure Control Equipment Industry. Prior to Joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Cotton spent 26 years with Cameron where he was the North America Technical Sales Manager, responsible for the design of wellhead systems and standardization of products for North America. Earlier at Cameron, Mr. Cotton was expatriated to the Middle East for 15 years where he held various rolls ultimately as the District Manager overseeing Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and Pakistan. Additionally, Mr. Cotton was involved in several high-profile projects in the Middle east for the development of the Qatar North Field, Persian Gulf and Gulf of Suez. Mr. Cotton started his career with Cameron in California as an offshore Service Technician. Mr. Cotton holds 14 patents related to the Wellhead and Pressure Control Industry.

Brandon Cain

Director of Engineering

Mr. Cain has more than 20 years of technical engineering and management experience in the surface wellhead and artificial lift industries. Prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Cain was at Weatherford Artificial Lift where he was the Product Line Engineering Manager for long-stroke and conventional pumping units. Earlier at Weatherford, Brandon was Product Line Engineering Manager for surface wellhead products as well as mud pumps and industrial pumps. Brandon began his engineering career as a surface wellhead design engineer at FMC Technologies in Houston, Texas. Mr. Cain holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. Brandon currently holds 14 US patents related to surface wellhead, frac, and artificial lift products.

Malak Shah

Director - Supply Chain

Mr. Shah has over 14 years of global engineering and management experience with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across various industries. His most recent positions include Director of Operations at a technology consulting firm in San Diego and an Internal Business Consultant to the executive team at ASML, in San Diego and Veldhoven, Netherlands. Prior to that, Mr. Shah worked as an engineering leader for over a decade at Cameron. He served as a Regional Engineer for Northeastern US Surface operations, an Engineering Manager in West Africa for subsea fabrication and as a Systems Engineer in Germany and Canada for subsea products. Mr. Shah holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Jonathan Hadaway

Director - Technical Services

Mr. Hadaway has more than 10 years of experience in the Pressure Control industry. His career started in the Marcellus Shale with Cameron where he held various operational positions prior to becoming District Manager responsible for wellhead, frac rental and flowback operations and sales in Southwest PA, Ohio, and West Virginia. He then was promoted to Commercial Manager for North America where he managed teams responsible for proposals and quotations, commercial agreements, pricing and frac rental billing for the Surface Systems Division. Most recently, prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Hadaway was the Operations Support Manager for Cameron’s highest volume wellhead facility located in Odessa, TX. Mr. Hadaway graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a BBA in Marketing.

Andrew L. Keller

Director - Health, Safety & Environment

Mr. Keller has 9 years of Operational, Safety, and Sales experience in the oilfield industry and specifically in wellhead and pressure control. Through a variety of roles, Andrew has implemented the 5S Methodology, trained organizations in the Root Cause Analysis practice, written safety standards, implemented in-vehicle monitoring systems, and has worked on projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Wyoming, Alaska, New Mexico, and North Dakota. Prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Andrew was the Executive Sales Manager for Geoforce/Cartasite for 5 years. He was responsible for presenting at industry events such as, but not limited to: the national American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Safety Conference, OSHA Oil & Gas Safety & Health Conference, the Four Corners Oil & Gas Conference. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado of Denver.

Manish Agarwal

Senior Project Engineer

Mr. Agarwal has more than 15 years of engineering and management experience in the surface wellhead and artificial lift industries. Prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Agarwal was at Weatherford where he was the Product Line Engineering Manager for Hydraulic Lift, Plunger Lift & Capillary Lift. Mr. Agarwal also managed the engineering for Drill Stem Testing & Surface Well Testing. Earlier at Weatherford, Mr. Agarwal worked in Surface Wellhead product line taking care of Gate Valves & Actuators. Mr. Agarwal began his engineering career as a Gate Valve & Actuator design engineer at FMC Technologies in Houston, Texas. Mr. Agarwal holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M, College Station. Mr. Agarwal currently holds 3 US patents related to artificial lift products and surface wellhead.

Eckwald “E.R.” Boldt

Quality Manager

Mr. Boldt has over 40 years of experience in field service and quality organizations with international manufacturing and service companies. Mr. Boldt began his oil and gas career as an electronic technician with GO Wireline open hole operations in South Texas with his most recent position as Regional Quality Manager – North America for Cameron’s Surface Division. His 12-year tenure at Cameron also included roles as Quality Manager – Flow Control and Regional Quality Manager – North and South America Surface Division overseeing quality operations at numerous international and domestic locations. Mr. Boldt graduated summa cum laude with a BBA degree from Northwood University and holds an electronics technician certificate from Texas A&M University.

Mike Pursley

Training Manager

Mr. Pursley has 40 years of oil and gas experience. His career started in 1980 working in Western Oklahoma on a drilling rig and his career progressed as he was exposed to several different functions within the oil and gas industry. In 2000, he started the first Shale frac business for FMC Technologies in North Texas. Over the next 17 years, he held multiple management roles within FMC including Global Training Manager for FMC University where he traveled to multiple countries and continents helping to set up training centers and operational service organizations. Mr. Pursley retired from FMC in 2017 and shortly after assumed a role with Weir Oil & Gas as regional operations manager over several business units in the Southern United States. Most recently, prior to joining Atlas Pressure Control, Mr. Pursley was the North America Training manager for Weir. Mr. Pursley is married and has two sons Evan and Eammon and one daughter Collin.
